Supply AND Services offers free returns on any item(s) received within 30 calendar days. Items received within 30-90 calendar days are eligible to be returned, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service department.
Supply AND Services offers free exchanges on item(s) received within 90 calendar days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The credit that you receive can be used to purchase any of the products that we carry. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service department.
In the unlikely event that any of the items in your order are damaged during transit, Supply AND Services will provide you with a 100% free replacement. We will even pay for the return shipping! If your order is noticeably damaged upon delivery, please document the damaged items, refuse the delivery, and contact our customer service department immediately. If you discover that an item is damaged after you have already accepted the delivery, please document the damage and contact our customer service department to arrange an exchange. Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 calendar days of being received.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so at no cost provided your order has not already been processed for shipment.
